No shipping. All items are picked up in person and inspected by the buyer. All items are in the North Shore area.

Yes. A down payment will place the item on hold for pick up. Zelle is an acceptable method for this.

We prefer that the buyer be present at time of purchase. This is to assure the buyer can thoroughly inspect the item for satisfaction. In unusual situations, pick up by another party will be acceptable, but cash and carry, and SMPS cannot necessarily guaranty buyer satisfaction under those conditions; the actual buyer has not inspected the item.

Generally, the asking price is the price, but reasonable counter offers will be considered.

All items are personally inspected for quality by Scott. Any imperfections are clearly noted and pictured. SMPS is committed to providing items that are accurately described, pictured, and noted. No surprises at pick up time.

We are now accepting new sellers. With our proven business model, we’ve sold just about everything and created cash for our sellers! New customers must be within 20 miles of Lincolnshire, our home base. Contact us and we will tell you all about it.

SMPS nor the seller can help move items. The buyer is responsible for providing the labor and transportation necessary for move the item(s) from the home to the transportation vehicle. For very heavy of difficult to move items (perhaps down stairs or up from the basement), the buyer will be required to hire professional movers that are bonded and insured to assure no damage to the sellers home.

All Sales are cash and carry. For larger sale amounts, we can arrange for Zelle payment. No other payment method is accepted.

Our inventory is always changing. New items arrive and current items sell. Visit our site often to keep current on new inventory.
